Publications
These articles are examples of the kinds of topics that I research and publish. As you might notice, my research and teaching interests relate to digital literacies in various spaces where I rely on my backgrounds in linguistics and composition as analytical lenses. My first article focuses on online pedagogy, given my interest and experience developing and teaching online courses. The second article demonstrates my interest and research surrounding linguistics and literacy studies, specifically digital African American Language. The third article speaks to my pedagogy and also inspired me to use a music theme in my composition classroom (examples in the Teaching section). The fourth publication is a linguistic analysis of a quirky nonfiction piece that I find interesting and humorous.
